Presenter Promo Guide

We are honored to have you participating in this year's Cascadia Men's Conference.

As we gather to Court the Divine Spark this August at the Cheakamus Centre, our primary goal is to ensure the right men—those ready for this deep, mythopoetic work—are in the circle.

To that end, we need your support in spreading the word to your own networks. To make this as seamless as possible, we have established a referral system that benefits both your audience and your own work.

The Referral Program

Each presenter has been assigned a specific discount code. Sharing this code is the most effective way to help men cross the threshold while allowing us to track the impact of your outreach.

  1. The Audience Benefit: Your specific code gives your community 5% off the total ticket price.

  2. The Presenter Commission: For every registration tracked to your code, we will offer you a $75 referral commission, payable once the event is complete.

How to Share

All you need to do is share the main conference link and encourage the men in your circle to use your unique code at checkout.

Marketing Assets

We have put together a few assets to help you share the vision of CMC 2026 across your social media, newsletters, and personal invites.

  • General Assets & Swipe Copy: Hubs and Presenter Assets Folder

    • In this folder, you will find ready-to-use "Swipe Copy" for emails and posts, as well as general conference graphics.

  • Dedicated Presenter Graphics: Presenter Graphics Folder

    • This folder contains graphics specifically designed for our presenters to highlight their unique contribution to the gathering.

You are encouraged to be as creative as you wish! For example you could:

  • record Reels on IG and Facebook sharing about your excitement and the value of this work

  • speak to the themes you will bring to the conference and why men should attend

  • any other ideas you have!
