Beyond “Good Men” : Building a Culture of Accountability and Community Safety
Elliot Katz
Many men care deeply about being respectful, safe, and supportive in their relationships and communities. Yet when difficult situations arise such as hearing allegations about someone we know, witnessing problematic behavior, or confronting our own blind spots, most of us were never given a real playbook for how to respond.
Beyond “Good Men” is a workshop for men who want to grow beyond simply not causing harm and learn the practical skills of accountability, integrity, and community leadership.
Together we will explore how men can respond responsibly when harm occurs, support safer community spaces, and develop the courage and language needed to hold ourselves and each other to the higher standards of trust, consent, and mutual respect.
